INITIAL CONVERSATION
We will start with casual conversation to get to know one another, assembling preliminary information to determine if we are a good fit.

EXPLORATION
In this phase we will get right down to it. We will really get to know you, collecting pertinent information to understand your desires for your event. This is where the magic begins, and where we can begin imagining all of the wonderful ideas that pertain to your event. We will discuss venues, and if you do not have one, we will also start the venue search.

DESIGN
We now start to collect and discuss design ideas, to create a look and feel that is one of a kind. We begin with creating concept boards, followed by an actual look and feel that will speak to you and the story that you want to tell.

PRODUCTION
This is where it all starts to come together, and your event becomes more real. In this phase, we gather a powerful and successful team that caters towards your event, design, and budget. This is a custom team suited for your particular event from lighting to florals, catering and rentals to name a few. We think through every component and make sure that every detail is thoughtfully put together like a beautifully piece of artwork.

EVENT EXECUTION
This is the most exciting phase, and the reason why you hired us. Let the fun and beauty begin as you watch your event come to life. Bride’s Bestie Team is here for you every step of the way, overseeing the entire beautifully crafted event from beginning to end.
